ORGANA is a collaboration between Nils Davidse and Elise ‘t Hart. At the heart of the installation is a shared passion for small electronic and mechanical organs. Each of the organs has its own voice and history. For the multiple compositions Nils and Elise are carefully selecting the organs and seek out every tiny quirk or other specific sound that identify each organ. The installations is automated so the organs are playing without human interaction.
